Fundraising
Welcome to the 2024 Season for TVHS Bears Football! Football is an expensive sport, and the Boosters are trying to make this season an affordable one for all. Football is the largest extracurricular activity at TVHS with approximately 175 student athletes annually. Due to the large size of the program and the equipment/safety gear needed, the program requires around a $200,000 budget annually. Approximately 90% of that budget is self-funded by the Booster club as we unfortunately receive minimal funding through the school. To help sustain our program, we rely on fundraising, volunteers, and player contributions to ensure a successful and meaningful season. The Booster Team has been working hard behind the scenes to increase our fundraising opportunities and reduce costs to make the program more affordable for all our families. We are very pleased to announce that as a result, we can reduce our player contribution amounts in half for the 2024 season!
Fundraising & Costs
The player contribution for this season will be $750 for all levels. A typical way of reaching your contribution amount is:

$300 player donation due prior to the Summer Program (Due by June 30, 2024)

$450 fundraising goal for Blast donations (Due by June 25, 2024)
Any combination to reach your $750 goal is acceptable.

Become a Sponsor
Another way to help reach your goal is to find a sponsor or sell a banner advertisement to a business of your choice. The proceed amount from your banner (60% of cost)/sponsor will be directly credited to your child’s contribution amount.

Our football committee is made up of a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our football program and committed to its success. Our members work tirelessly to ensure that our football program is the best it can be. From organizing events to passing out gear, our committee members are the backbone of our football community.
